For our local customers; Our shop is now open 10-4 M-F and Saturdays 10-2. We also do rush work for touring bands requiring immediate service, just call the shop ! Our normal turnaround time is much quicker than most shops. Units are normally evaluated within 48-72 hours, and an estimate is provided if requested. Repairs (barring delays for parts or technical assistance) are usually completed within 24-72 hours as well. If you are not local, you may e-mail techsupport@fuchsaudio.com and request an RMA number to ship a unit in for service.
Warranty on repairs is one year, except tubes which are 90-days.
